TEEN MENTORSHIP:
Each year, we offer a summer internship program for Teens ages 15-18. This is a full-commitment summer, with a mixture of volunteer hours and work/paid hour opportunities. We take applications throughout the year for this opportunity. Interviews are typically held in March. The final selection is done in April. The internship starts the second week in June and runs through to the week before school starts. These hours both volunteer and paid count for school, we just need the worksheet from the school to complete and submit. This program has been in place since Summer 2020. This is a wonderful and fun opportunity for teens who are interested in doing photography or have an interest in learning how to run a small business. Starting in Summer 2024, all teen interns will be required to volunteer/attend our children’s summer camp to learn and aid alongside the students and also attend a week-long volunteer week learning about the behind-the-scenes and onboarding for the business. The best fits for this opportunity are motivated, kind, patient teens with a willingness to learn and have an open mind.

Jr. Photographer
June 10-14, 2024
Drop Off: 8:30-8:45 am
Pick Up: 2:15-2:30 pm (aftercare available)
Ages: 9yrs-16yrs
Program:
This is an educational/interactive summer camp. Each day will consist of formal instruction and interactive fun practical applications. This is open to ages 9 years to 16 years old. It is fast-paced and comprehensive. Campers will walk away daily with homework and a camera/supply to use outside of camp hours. Each day will be fun, hand and hands-on. The camp will conclude with the campers picking and printing their favorite photo. At the end of the week, each camper will have the knowledge and experience of the basic concepts of DSLR cameras and photography.
We will have a private Facebook group for campers and their families to join. We will share daily behind-the-scenes photos and videos so you can watch and keep up on each day.

Adventure Mini-Photographer
June 17-21st, 2024
Drop Off: 8:30-8:45 am
Pick Up: 2:15-2:30 pm (aftercare available)
Ages: 6yrs-9yrs
Program:
This is an interactive summer camp. Each day will consist of outdoor interactive fun practical applications. Each day will be fun, hand and hands-on. Each Camper will have an assistant assigned to them. Outdoor locations will be within St. Lucie County. The goal of this camp is to get the kids outside in nature, and just looking for all the cool little things to capture. Each Day they will have the opportunity to Show and Tell their campmates about their photos.
The camp will conclude with the campers picking and printing their favorite photo. At the end of the week, each camper will have outdoor safety and hands-on use of a DSLR camera.
